hi i am so annoyed right now about the level of service on dealbuilder that i will CANCEL my subscription unless you fix this situation asap
i am very sorry here is how to fix the situation:
1 unsubscribe from the dealbuilder application
2 restart the dealbuilder application
3 sign in with your SSO credentials
4 click the 'confirm identity' button at the top
5 navigate to the booking page and the service should work again as normal
