Is it possible to return an item that I bought in the United States to the United Kingdom?

 

If you originally purchased an AllSaints product (or products) from one of our stores in America, you cannot return it to one of our stores in England or to our returns address in England. If you want to return it, you should return it to a store in the United States of America or to our returns address in the United States of America .

We are unable to support cross-border returns. Your returns can only be processed in a location that trades in the same currency as the currency in which you made the original purchase.

• Purchases made in the United States of America can only be returned in the United States of America
• Purchases made in the United Kingdom can only be returned in the United Kingdom
• Purchases made in our EU / CAD stores can only be returned in our EU or CAD stores 
• Purchases made on our International site, can only be returned via the online returns portal 
• Store purchases cannot be returned to our Distribution centres
• Online orders can be returned a store that trades in the same currency, excluding outlets and concessions, or; returned to the respective distribution centre in the UK or US.
